- 3/20/2018: Visiting John for Generic Test Campaign
- So Dad's out doing work at some observatory in Hawaii over Christmas. Normally, this is the sort of thing a son ought to be jealous about, but that's for normal dads. Mine's probably not even going to notice he's on a beautiful tropical island because he's going to spend every hour of darkness staring at the sky, and and every hour of light either sleeping or going over his data.
I, on the other hand, am not going to Hawaii in December. I'm staying in Canada. Granted, I'll be traveling to a different part of the country than where I go to school, but Canada. In December. Go me. At least I'll get to hang out with John and meet his family. I'm warned that it can get a little crazy with all the people, but it should be fine.
